Kids Have Strokes - Make It Real

• Send us up to 3 photos of your child and/or family and we'll add it to our new Childhood Stroke Awareness Virtual Quilt. Your e-mailing the photo gives us permission to post the photo on the CHASA, Kids Have Strokes, or Hemi-Kids websites.  Only first names and state/country will be used as identification or we can list the photo under anonymous.

• Send us your child's story for the virtual quilt. Make it known that Kids Have Strokes by letting others read about your child.

• Send photos and stories to CHASA

• We prefer email, but if that is not available, you may mail photos and stories to:
